How to Lose 350 Pounds Fast - Sharon's Success Story

Sharon Blakemore admits she had problems with her weight, stretching back to her childhood. When the 39-year-old was still at school she had to wear men's shirts as part of her uniform to fit her 20-inch collar. By the time she was an adult, Sharon was forced to wear mens 8XL clothes to fit her size 38 frame.

But when she lost both her parents to cancer within 18 months of each other, Sharon made a solemn vow to each of them that she would fight the flab.

Sharon, from California says she had eaten two pies every day from the age of 15 and was a big fan of takeaways. At her heaviest, she weighed almost 530 pounds but is now just 180 pounds and a size 10.She lost total 350 pounds in just 11 months. !

Sharon celebrated her huge achievement with a tattoo that inking artists had originally told her she was too fat to have. Former shopkeeper and stay-at-home mum Sharonsaid: "I've had people that haven't seen me in years following me around the supermarket trying to work out if it definitely is me. They say 'I didn't even recognise you'.

She admits her overwhelming grief was initially the reason she started losing weight - but she never forgot the promises she had made to her parents.

By the time she got married to Ian, her long-term partner and father of her two children two years later in 2013, Sharon had already dropped down to 21 stone.

Now, the active mum regularly plays netball, goes to the gym three times a week at Gymophobics in Nantwich, Cheshire, and does a weekly Clubbercise dance workout class as well as eating healthy home-cooked food and following custom Keto Diet

Sharon said: "My husband has been an amazing support, he's pushed me all the way and now he jokes that he's got a new wife and that there's a lot more room in the bed, but he actually met me when I was at my biggest.People ask me why don't I have surgery to get rid of my excess skin but I'm not bothered. I'd rather spend the money making memories with my kids."
